1. Returns – Eligibility & Timeframe

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase or delivery (whichever is later), subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, items should be:

  • In original condition, with no excessive signs of use

  • In the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and parts (where applicable)

  • Free from damage not caused in transit or by a fault

Some handling or inspection (for example, opening the box and briefly checking the product) is usually acceptable, but heavy use, installation marks or missing parts may affect your eligibility for a full refund.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

  1. Email us at support@kryvalnorix.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • The reason for the return

  2. Wait for our reply with return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable service.

Return shipping costs:

  • Unless the item is damaged, faulty or we have made an error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable.


3. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will:

  • Inspect the item to confirm its condition and completeness

  • Notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Banks and payment providers typically take 7–10 business days to show the refund, though this can vary

If the returned item is incomplete, shows noticeable signs of use, damage or missing packaging, we may offer a partial refund instead of a full refund.


4. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may apply in situations such as:

  • The item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to check it (e.g. visible wear, installation marks, scratches)

  • Original packaging, accessories or manuals are missing or damaged

  • The product is not returned in a resaleable condition

In these cases, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to reflect the reduced value of the item.


5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct like-for-like exchanges.

If you would like a different model or product:

  1. Return the original item in line with this policy.

  2. Once your refund is processed, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or appears to be faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (where possible)

We generally ask that you notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate promptly with the courier or supplier.

Where a product is confirmed to be damaged in transit or faulty, we will, in line with our obligations and at our discretion, offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item (where available), or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally non-returnable unless they are faulty or not as described:

  • Personalised or custom-ordered items clearly marked as such at the time of purchase

  • Certain clearance or final sale items where indicated on the product page

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers

8. Sale Items

Unless stated otherwise on the product page:

  • Sale or discounted items are usually covered by the same returns rules as regular-priced items.

  • If an item is marked as “final sale” or non-refundable at the time of purchase, it may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Again, this does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
