Track Your Order

We know how exciting it is to wait for your new products, and we want to keep you informed at every stage of the delivery process. If you’ve placed an order with Kryvalnorix, you can track its progress using the tracking details sent after dispatch.


How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (where tracking is available). You can then follow these steps:

  1. Find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.

  2. Visit the shipping carrier’s website shown in your email (for example, Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, FedEx or another courier).

  3. Enter your tracking number on the carrier’s tracking page to see your order’s current status and estimated delivery date.


Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?

  • Your tracking number will be sent to the email address you used at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

If tracking is not available for a particular shipping method, this will usually be indicated at checkout or in your confirmation email.


What If I Can’t Find My Tracking Number?

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email or can’t locate your tracking number:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.

  • Make sure you’re checking the correct email address used at checkout.

If you still cannot find it, please contact us at support@kryvalnorix.com with your name and order number, and our customer support team will be happy to help.


Order Status Information

When you track your order on the carrier’s website, you may see different statuses such as:

  • In Transit – Your order is on its way to your delivery address.

  • Out for Delivery – Your package is scheduled to be delivered soon.

  • Delivered – Your order has been delivered to the address provided.

  • Returned / Return to Sender – The package could not be delivered and may be on its way back to us (for example, due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts).

If something doesn’t look right in the tracking information, please contact us so we can review it with you.


What If My Order Is Delayed or Lost?

Delivery times can occasionally be affected by factors such as weather, peak periods, courier delays or customs checks (for international orders).

If:

  • Your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, or

  • Your tracking shows no updates for several days,

please contact us at support@kryvalnorix.com with your order number and tracking number. We will check the status with the carrier and advise you on the next steps in line with our shipping and returns policies.
